All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-25 business days, whether shipping within the United States or internationally, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KOVPET is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KOVPET is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our team directly to file a claim.
